Loved the modern and well, equipped flat, it had everything we needed for our romantic escape. the location was great, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. the seven dials vicinity felt safe and relaxed. We also appreciated the pre, arrival contact with the owner and the flexibility to drop our bags early.

The flat was located on a busy road, so it was quite noisy and we didn't sleep well. Additionally, the third, floor location made it a bit hot for us, and the stairs were a challenge to climb with our luggage.

The apartment was in a fantastic condition. Very kind and generous hosts. Great neighbourhood. Conveniently close to bus stop on Buckingham Place for buses to-and-from city centre. Easy to walk from the flat to anywhere around the city center or catch the Coaster to the cliffs, station & main shopping area.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like old friends. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the recently redecorated room we stayed in was beautifully done. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, rivaling our own. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended at Cooling Castle Barn, as it was within walking distance. Breakfast was served in the cozy pub by a crackling fire, and the selection was stunning. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was impressive.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location was superb, with a variety of food, drink, and shopping options just a few minutes walk away. Additionally, the town center was very close, making it convenient to explore. the double bed was comfy, and the shower was great. the modern kitchenette had all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the entertainment provided, as the Nintendo kept our kids happy.

One downside was the number of stairs to reach the top floor apartment, which was not mentioned in the advertisement. This could be challenging for older guests.

The apartment was clean and tidy, with good-sized rooms for a family of four. The kids were thrilled to have access to a Nintendo Switch for evening entertainment.

The view from the sash windows looking out to the small common was a lovely touch. Additionally, the host was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay. a great place to stay in Brighton!

And let's not forget the standout feature - the captivating portrait in the living room. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Can't wait to return to this lovely city next year and definitely book here again.

The Regency Central Modern Apartment provided everything we needed as backpackers. It had a cosy and clean atmosphere, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The location was great, with easy access to Brighton town and its various shops and attractions. The host was also very responsive and kind, making our stay even better. We will definitely stay here again!
