The spacious family suite provided ample room for our lively bunch. the continental breakfast basket was a hit with the kids, and the SmartTV in the room kept them entertained during downtime. Access to the sun deck was a lovely bonus for the whole family to enjoy.

My wife says that the addition of a children's play area on-site would have been a great addition for families traveling with little ones.

Our ground floor suite was spacious and impeccably clean with modern amenities like a lovely big shower and double sinks. the staff were welcoming, and the continental breakfast basket was a delightful touch. the ability to make toast and coffee in the fully-stocked kitchen added a homely feel. the peaceful courtyard was a nice spot to relax.

The hotel is located in a superb location close to town, park, and beaches, providing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated, creating a home-like ambiance. Good breakfast and spotless rooms. Staff were welcoming and friendly. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to a car park and lots of local amenities. We also appreciated the little touches, like the cute breakfast basket.

Our stay was not without some issues. the heating controls were inconvenient and there were no blackout blinds, which meant we had a difficult time sleeping.

Well-located near main street and buses to other seaside areas. Clean and tidy with accommodating staff. Comfy bed, but no reading light by chair. Smooth check-in process with door code and room key. Generous breakfast hamper delivered to room.

We had a fantastic stay at Lyme 1. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge area and a flatscreen LED TV. the kitchen was clean, modern, and well-stocked with good quality produce. the en suite bathroom had quality fittings. the breakfast hamper delivery each morning was very good and we appreciated the continental style. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We highly recommend Lyme 1 and would gladly stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops, gardens, and the beach. The rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and even a safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was sparkling clean. The breakfast, delivered in a hamper each morning, was simple but had plenty to eat and had healthy choices. we absolutely loved this accommodation and would highly recommend it.

my stay at lyme 1 exceeded expectations - clean, comfortable, and a lovely continental breakfast delivered to my door. the location on the high street, near the seafront and gardens, was perfect. a great mix of shops and plenty of eating places nearby.

Patio doors didn't offer privacy.
