The pleasant demeanor of the owner outweighed any shortcomings, ensuring a delightful stay overall.

This hotel is an absolute deal, located just off The Promenade. The attention to detail and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay exceptional. The basic amenities in the room were adequate for our needs and the bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was outstanding, cooked to perfection and served hot. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city and there was plenty of information in the foyer to keep us informed about local events.

The rooms could use some refurbishment to improve the overall experience.
