Stayed near falmouth beach, just a stroll to town & harbour. the homemade bread breakfast 🍞🥐 was a highlight. Rooms had comfy, homemade touches. Only downside was limited room amenities. But, overall, a cozy and welcoming stay! .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff were so friendly and helpful, providing the best B&B breakfasts I've had during my entire vacation in the UK. the location was convenient, with a bus stop just around the corner for easy access to various destinations. the room itself was cozy and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like complimentary prosecco and a relaxing reading nook. the host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

If I had to mention a couple of minor things, I would say that the road outside can get a bit noisy in the mornings, and the curtains were a tad thin, allowing too much light to seep in. Perhaps thicker curtains would help darken the room a bit more.
