I had an amazing stay in this venue. The location is perfect, surrounded by great cafes to grab a quick bite in the morning. The service was outstanding, particularly from Stephanie, a new member of staff on reception. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with great amenities such as a coffee machine, small fridge, and safe. The spa and wellness center were incredible, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. an excellent experience.

Service could have been slightly more smooth, but I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the modern and comfortable rooms at Montcalm East. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The spa facilities were also a highlight, offering a relaxing space to unwind between our outings. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to cocktail bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, close to all the shops and attractions. the room was cozy with a beautiful view of the city.

That the noise level from the hallway and nearby rooms was a bit distracting while trying to sleep. the complimentary breakfast was limited and not very impressive, but still nice to have as an option.

This hotel is great value for money, located in a good area with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities and good attention to detail. The bathroom even had underfloor heating! The breakfast included quality ingredients and was a nice addition to the stay.

The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast, with a wide range of options to cater for all tastes. Cons: the staff could improve on their service, as they were slow to respond to our requests. this was a minor issue and did not detract from the overall experience.

The M Club lounge was a great perk during my stay, perfect for a quick coffee or drink. Also, the location was very convenient as it was only a couple of minutes walk from the nearest station.

Great location, next to underground station. Polite and helpful staff, especially Christian. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Good bar and restaurant.
