Lovely location, dog-friendly, ample parking, well-equipped, close to beach and town.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and convenient for exploring the area. The caravan was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The balcony was secure, allowing us to keep the door open for our dog. Plenty of clean towels and bedding were provided, and the host was friendly and welcoming. it was a fantastic stay and excellent value for money.

The water pressure in the shower was not the best, but it was only a minor issue considering the short duration of our stay. Additionally, the bunk beds were more suitable for children rather than teenagers, so they might be a bit uncomfortable for an extended period.

We had a great time staying at L12 Caravan in Mablethorpe. The outside decking area was wonderful, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the center of Mablethorpe and all the amenities we needed on-site. The owner was responsive and kept us well-informed throughout our stay. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues and an outdated interior, the caravan was well-equipped and met our needs. I would recommend this caravan for a pleasant stay.

Great value for money and fantastic location! The caravan was spotlessly clean, even though pets were allowed. We appreciated the secure balcony, which allowed us to keep the door open for our dog. The provision of clean towels and bedding was a nice touch. we had a lovely short break and would definitely consider staying again.

The water pressure for the shower was a bit weak, but it wasn't a big issue as we were only there for a few days. it would have been helpful if the website had mentioned that there was a coin meter for electricity, as this incurred an additional cost of £20.

The site facilities were brilliant, with a lovely little shop and pub. The play area and arcade were also really nice, offering plenty of entertainment for both kids and adults. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having these amenities right on site, making it easy to relax and have fun without having to travel far.
