We recently stayed at Macdonald Pittodrie House for my wife's birthday celebration. The staff were attentive, the room was comfortable with pleasant views, and the dining experience was excellent. The Christmas decorations and period features added to the charming ambiance. The breakfast selection was amazing, with well-prepared cooked dishes. The staff made us feel welcomed and valued, even during a wedding event. We especially enjoyed the cozy lounge and snug bar with their lovely fires. A fabulous place for a memorable stay.

this castle-house in chapel of garioch was a hidden treasure! beautifully presented, brand new rooms, and first-class staff. the breakfast was lip-smacking. truly one of the finest hotels i've stayed at.

Recently stayed at Macdonald Pittodrie House for a brief getaway. The spacious room with a Nespresso machine and heated bathroom flooring were delightful. Toiletries were of high quality and the staff even called to book a table for dinner. The property is beautifully maintained, especially considering its age. The South Room offered stunning views and exquisite furnishings. The food at the hotel was delicious, with excellent presentation and service. The Walled Garden was a lovely highlight, thanks to the diligent work of the grounds staff.
