Amazing breakfast! The choice of food, including cooked breakfast to order, was superb. The bed and pillows were also the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. Although the parking was limited, it didn't detract from a great stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The warm, friendly welcome at reception was a great start to our stay. We enjoyed the cup of mulled wine and the assistance with our bags. The breakfast in The Bridge was excellent with a good choice of options. The full Scottish cooked breakfast was particularly delicious, especially with a view of the 1st/18th holes. The tea was also top-notch. The evening meal in The Bridge was first class, and the service from the Portuguese waiter was excellent. The snooker room was a great place to relax after dinner, and the hotel was dog-friendly with treats provided for our furry friend. The text service via reception was very convenient, allowing us to chase up the dog bed and request a towel easily. The staff went above and beyond, offering to help with my wife's migraine and organizing a surprise for our daughter. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and the concierge is outstanding.

As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at Rusacks. The in-room facilities, like the Nespresso machine, were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from arranging a late check-out to ordering a taxi. The breakfast was great, with amazing views over the golf course and sea. everything was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is situated right next to the 18th fairway of the Old Course, providing a stunning view and a chance to be in direct touch with nature. The location is unbeatable, with free parking available right outside the door. The staff throughout the hotel are welcoming and friendly, creating a lovely and comfortable atmosphere. The room itself is well-equipped and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooftop bar terrace offers a fabulous place to relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the surroundings. The restaurant, Restaurant 18, is superb, with excellent service from a Polish Matre De. The breakfast options are of good quality with plenty of choice, and the waiting staff are efficient and friendly.

The only downside experienced during the stay was a slow service in the breakfast room. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, the wait for a cooked breakfast was 45 minutes with no acknowledgment or warning.

The hotel is in need of upgrading. the room cleaning service was not efficient, as our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon on most days.

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in St Andrews. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and close to the town center. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, with a lovely bathroom and powerful shower. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in St Andrews.

This hotel is perfect for business travelers who want to be in the heart of the golf action, close to great dining options like the Haar restaurant and the bistro "one under," and conveniently located for visiting friends in the area. The comfortable rooms offer beautiful views, and the attentive staff will make sure you have everything you need, including a Nespresso machine and a recently renovated bathroom. The breakfast selection is excellent, and the curtains block out the light for a peaceful night's sleep.

Some housekeeping issues were reported, such as missing flannels and inconsistent restocking of Nespresso capsules.

Situated very close to the golf course and just across the road from the club house, it's a convenient location for golf enthusiasts. being away from the town center offers a peaceful ambiance.
