I gotta say, this hotel was a steal for the price we paid! The room was clean, and we had everything we needed - kettle, tea, coffee. The swimming pool looked amazing, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. Also, the staff was top-notch! Every single person we encountered had a smile on their face and greeted us like old friends. Definitely made us feel welcome!

The only little thing that could have made breakfast better was if they had replenished the fruit juice glasses more promptly. But overall, it was still a good breakfast experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Strathpeffer. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the affordable prices. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms, with their full amenities and comfortable beds, were perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast options, including delicious oatmeal and quality ingredients, were a great way to start the day.

All in all, everything was fine and there isn't much that could be improved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time and I must say, I was once again impressed. The service provided by Debbie and her staff was outstanding - they were polite, courteous, and extremely hardworking. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and cosy, with a bathroom that was of a good standard. The food at the hotel was of great quality, with ample portions that were served hot. The staff were always happy to accommodate any additional requests for more food or sauces.

Great value for money tour hotel! We got a clean and cozy room with ample refills for the tea tray. the hotel's location was perfect for our city trip and the large portions of food served in the clean restaurant were amazing. the entertainment was enjoyable and the staff that worked our hotel were so friendly and made us feel welcome.

The building's exterior needs maintenance and there were cigarette butts scattered around the grounds. the mattress in our room was quite thin and not comfortable.

We had a great stay at Mackay's. the staff were hardworking, friendly, and very helpful. When I injured my knee, they quickly accommodated my needs by providing a downstairs room. the receptionist, in particular, was incredibly friendly and kind. Our room in the Travel lodge annexe was clean and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. the central location of the hotel was perfect, and we enjoyed the delicious evening meals. the public bar was a bonus, with a good TV for watching football and tennis. the breakfast had a good selection and the service was excellent.

We initially booked a twin room but were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in a larger room with three twin beds, providing us with extra space for our four-night stay. the room was sunny and airy, with excellent TV and plenty of storage. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served each morning was cooked-to-order and delicious. the hotel's location was also great, with many excellent restaurants nearby. it was a wonderful experience.

The room we were allocated was spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The location was beautiful, with the option to explore the surrounding villages and even spot some dolphins. Stopped here for 4 nights as a base to tour the north of Scotland. Great value for bed and breakfast. Helpful staff, clean rooms, hot water even at peak times. Friendly locals in the bar made for a fun atmosphere. Good start to the day with included breakfast.
