The hotel is directly opposite a tube station, making it super convenient to travel around. the staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the modern and clean rooms are well-secured, and daily cleaning was thorough. Having stayed at this place recently, I found the location to be superb as it is very close to the tube station, right by the railway, and within walking distance of the main attractions. the service here was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping keeping everything pristine. the laundry service was efficient, and I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. the free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort of the stay.

The Mediterranean nosh at the bar is a straight-up dream, mate. the spot-on service and modern vibe made us feel proper comfy.

The pillows were a bit wonky, and the room lighting was a tad dim. Oh, and watch your pockets at the restaurant, but overall, the place had us grinning like Cheshire cats.

Beds were comfy, good sized rooms, and the location near the tube station was perfect for exploring London with our 11-month-old baby. the clean room and comfortable bed provided a relaxing stay. the nearby landmarks like the Tower of London and the Prime Meridian Line added to our family bonding experience, making our trip memorable.
