I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I want to give a special shoutout to James, George, Carlos, and Natasha, who provided exceptional service during my trip. The hotel itself was beautiful, and my room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to shopping, restaurants, and hop on hop off buses. I didn't want to leave!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stylish decor and large, tastefully decorated rooms. We had a great time staying in a hotel located in a convenient area at night with the Titanic Museum and city center just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was fantastic, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided a wide range of options to start our day.

That it was a bit hard to find someone at the front desk when we needed assistance.

The hotel's central location was perfect for our stay, with restaurants, bars, and shops just a short walk away. It was convenient to head out in the rain and grab food from a nearby cafe, and the hotel was enroute to the airport, making our departure hassle-free. Additionally, we enjoyed the view from our room overlooking Victoria Square.

The dim lighting throughout the hotel was a bit of a disappointment.

Our room was clean, and comfortable, with great amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a mini bar. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to all amenities, and with easy access to the M1.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Belfast and had a wonderful experience. The general manager, Eamonn, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional. His customer service skills were top-notch and he treated me like a valued guest. The food and cocktails at the hotel were excellent, with outstanding flavors and well-prepared drinks. I especially enjoyed the lunch at the bar, where the food was delicious. The complimentary cupcakes were a nice touch and tasted amazing. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Belfast.

Receptionist with nose piercing and Maitre D were pleasant. Food was divine. Comfy beds. Housekeeping staff lovely. Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and bars. Outstanding staff, personalized greetings. Excellent bar service with unique cocktails. Suite for 1 night at £180 was amazing, comfortable with a good bath. Other rooms also nice. Helpful staff in changing rooms. No air conditioning due to listed building. Fan is not enough. Parking discount available.

Great central location for exploring the city on foot. Friendly and helpful staff. Stylish and comfortable rooms, perfect for families with young children. Excellent food and good atmosphere. Convenient for light sleepers.

Felt very well looked after, with staff always willing to help.

We stayed at Malmaison for a couple of nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The location was ideal for visiting the Titanic museum. The breakfast restaurant had a lovely waitress who was very helpful and polite. We were even upgraded to a Club Room on the 3rd floor upon check-in, thanks to the friendly receptionist. a great stay!

my recent stay in belfast was amazing, but malmaison really exceeded my expectations. the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the overall ambience of the hotel was lovely.

Breakfast service was slow.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the city center and with several bus stops nearby. the room was comfortable and had some nice prints on the wall. We appreciated the convenience of the plug sockets and USB ports and enjoyed the complementary TV channels and Wi-Fi.

The gym was very small and felt cramped with only two machines and some dumbbells. We would have expected more from a hotel of this size and price.
