The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the discounted Q car park and close to popular attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the cocktail waiter in the closed bar was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, including the public areas. The service from the restaurant and front of house staff was welcoming and friendly.

The bar is a must-go, with incredibly welcoming staff and delicious cocktails. The room was spacious and comfortable, although a bath would have been a nice addition. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage on check-out day. The location is perfect, being close to the train station and the old city.

I recently stayed at Malmaison for a couple of days and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short 2 minute walk from Princess Street and the airport bus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24 hour reception was convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were great, and the hotel had lovely decor throughout. a perfect stay!

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated near the tram stop which takes you directly to the airport. it is surrounded by shops and bars, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the nightlife. the hotel is very close to high-end shops, perfect for those looking for some retail therapy.

The bed and pillows were too soft for our liking, which resulted in us waking each other up during the night when one of us moved.

We loved the spacious room and the friendly staff at Malmaison. The amenities in the room were great, with plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, and butter cookies. The AC and heating kept us comfortable, and we appreciated that they were quiet when in use. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the train station and the areas we wanted to visit. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a great selection of hot and cold food. Despite a minor mix-up at check-in, it was quickly resolved, so no big deal. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Over Easter, we had a great time in our hotel room with two complementary chocolates waiting for us. the location was perfect with amazing views and very close to the city center. Plus, the room was well-equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

The lighting in the room was very poor which made it difficult to read or do any kind of makeup. There was also no drinking water provided and we had to pay a high price for parking.

It is close to shops, bars, and restaurants, and just a short walk from the high-end shops and the famous Royal Mile. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and stylish interiors. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast included a variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers discounted parking nearby.

The room could benefit from additional lighting, especially for activities such as applying makeup.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous hotel for four nights, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The location couldn't have been better, with city tour buses stopping right outside and plenty of restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always cheerful and ready to assist. They even went out of their way to make our dog feel welcome, which was a great bonus. The dining area was comfortable, and breakfast each morning was a delight. The variety of both hot and cold options was impressive, and the eggs Benedict were simply divine!

Great central location, close to Princes Street. Delicious food, although drinks at the bar are pricey. Luxurious, clean rooms with a Nespresso machine and spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. Friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere.

During my recent stay at Malmaison, I had a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. However, the helpful staff at reception quickly informed me that there was a small button on the rear of the control panel that needed to be pressed to activate it. Though a small inconvenience, I appreciated their prompt assistance and clear explanation. The rest of my stay was excellent, with a nicely decorated room and good WiFi connectivity. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
