As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and extra support provided by the staff. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to both the seafront and the train station. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, making our stay enjoyable. It didn't feel like staying in a commercial environment, which made a huge difference for us as a family.

Stayed overnight at a charming hotel in Sandown. the room for 4 was clean with comfortable beds and a nice en-suite bathroom. We enjoyed a short walk to the nearby beach and had a lovely sea view from the room. the staff were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. It was the perfect sleepover before our trip across the island.

Thankfully, Malvern came to the rescue and we ended up staying here for our last 2 nights. The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the self-serve tea/coffee, free lobby WiFi, and the option for adjoining rooms. Great location near the town center and a short walk to the beach.
