The central location allows for easy access to the vibrant nightlife, with a nightclub just across the road that goes until 4am. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a rich choice of options. the hotel offers a great discount for a nearby car park.

Some guests have reported that the default WiFi information provided is useless and there is a lack of bottled water.

The hall itself is stunning, with tasteful decor that preserves its original features beautifully. Upon arrival, the lady at reception was incredibly helpful and personally escorted us to our room, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, with car parking available just a short 5-minute walk away. We also loved the fact that we were able to enjoy breakfast even after checking out, allowing us to relax and not rush in the morning. The room was exquisitely decorated, complete with a comfortable bed and fantastic facilities. The highlight was definitely the amazing bath in the room, along with the double shower in the bathroom. The staff were absolutely fabulous, providing a warm welcome, being attentive and efficient throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a great way to cap off our wonderful experience. we wouldn't hesitate to come back to this beautiful hall.

Exceptional service and delicious breakfast. We had a few issues with our original room, but staff quickly resolved them by moving us to an upgraded room. The bar waitress went above and beyond for us, making our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and many attractions. The recommended parking lot was just a short walk away with a discount offered by the hotel.

The WiFi login was only valid for one hour and had to be frequently re-logged in. The room lacked a proper AC system causing it to become uncomfortably hot. The coffee served at breakfast was weak and unsatisfying, and the room decor seemed poorly put together.

Our room, the Gaskell suite, was absolutely stunning, complete with a cosy dungeon vibe. The bed was super comfy and the facilities in the room were great, including an amazing bath and double shower in the bathroom. The staff were fabulous, providing a warm welcome and being attentive and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast in the lovely Masons setting was delicious, and we couldn't fault the service. We wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I got great value for my money with a spacious and beautifully decorated room, complete with a deep bath and large smart TV. The central location was convenient, and the staff at Hall were fantastic, especially the lady on reception who was really helpful.
