J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La piscine était un réel atout, et le personnel de la réception était toujours prêt à rendre notre séjour agréable. De plus, le bar était ouvert 24h/24, ce qui était très pratique. Le studio dans lequel nous avons séjourné était spacieux pour deux personnes et offrait une belle terrasse calme. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, à proximité de la plage et des lieux de fête du soir. Recommandé pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit animé! Le seul petit bémol était le wi-fi qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien, mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés.

The hotel had a prime location, right next to a park and within walking distance to major shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always opening doors for us and making us feel at home. The complimentary tea and little hand towels upon arrival were a nice touch.

Our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The biggest issue was that we had no keys to our rooms and had to constantly call for someone to open them for us.

One evening, I mentioned to the restaurant staff that it was my birthday, and they surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly special. The hotel room itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the luxurious amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. I had a perfect stay at the Mandarin Oriental and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is a lavish stay with exquisite modern amenities, making us feel exclusive. The staff was polite, welcoming and provided exceptional service without making us feel neglected. The room was tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and an excellent collection of exclusive facilities, which made our stay comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast service and the private spa amenities were exceptional, adding to the luxury of our stay.

We experienced an issue with the room's temperature. Although the heating was set to 20 degrees, the room still felt a bit chilly, especially when we woke up in the morning.

Travelling alone, I loved the stunning view of Hyde Park from my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were cozy and well-equipped.

I loved the fact that the hotel provided extra amenities like a toothbrush and nespresso and tea making facilities. The USB ports at each side of the bed were also very convenient. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, being situated in a prime spot in the city.

My first room was incredibly claustrophobic with tiny windows facing a dark alley/courtyard. The thick drapes made it difficult to get any natural light.
