The room at Manor Farm Oast was fantastic! It was spacious, clean, and had a huge corner bath and shower. the landlady was super friendly and the location is just amazing.

The private bathrooms were across the landing, but others might not mind.

I had a wonderful stay at Manor Farm Oast Bed & Breakfast. the location was perfect, tucked away and incredibly peaceful. the room was lovely and spacious, with a huge bath that was perfect for relaxing. Located in peaceful countryside, close to Historic Rye. Characterful and cosy, with a huge comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with homemade sausages and yoghurt. Welcoming host provided great information about the surrounding area. Can't wait to return!

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and a delicious full English meal. We also enjoyed the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The nearby pub was a short walk away and served excellent food.

Our romantic escape was tarnished by a few negatives. the receptionist seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which dampened our mood.

Great location close to Rye and Camber Sands. the nearby pub, the Queen's Head, had excellent food and stunning views.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and met all of my needs. the room had private facilities and was spacious, decorated with unique touches and black and white photos that added character to the venue. the gardens around the hotel were well-kept, providing a tranquil environment. the friendly staff provided exceptional service.

While overall our stay was enjoyable, the shower head could have used some maintenance as the water pressure was inconsistent. we found it difficult to navigate to the hotel as there was limited signage in the surrounding area.

We stayed at a lovely place in a peaceful location, out in the sticks on the south coast. The room we had was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and was delicious. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful countryside.
