This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, nestled on a hill with spectacular views of the sea, is simply breathtaking. The staff is friendly and provides great service, making you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, especially with those wonderful sea views. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served on small plates with a variety of good cooked food options included.

The room was quite damp and required the heating to be on full. Inconsistent policies, such as being charged for an ice bucket after having it for free for two nights.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated down the hill and close to the shopping area. I highly recommend taking a stroll to the Manor gardens, which are just a few minutes away. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast served in the tastefully decorated dining room was excellent. On the whole, everything was very good.

I did find one negative aspect about the hotel. The wifi connection was quite slow, which made it difficult to use my phone or tablet.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and helpful staff. They accommodated my late check-in and even offered me a packed lunch instead of breakfast. The room was comfortable and the price was amazing. The location was also perfect, just a short walk into town. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offered secure parking for our vehicle, which was a huge relief. the location couldn't have been better - close to both the town and the beach.

The room we stayed in was quite noisy, as it was located near the main stairs. there was some noise from the nearby storage area, which woke us up early in the morning.

The TV was a good size with clear reception. We particularly liked the fact that the hotel provided lovely large bath towels. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were both enjoyable, with a good range of choices and generous portions. The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of the seafront and town center. I would recommend this hotel for a mid-week break.

I had the best carvery I've had in a long time at this hotel. The location was perfect for a stroll along the beach afterwards. The staff were helpful in sorting out a car parking space, and the hotel was conveniently located for easy access to the beach front and town centre.
