Our stay at this guest house was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the riverside museum and city tour bus pickup. The hosts were helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with great tips about the city. The breakfast served was delicious, especially the full Scottish breakfast. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were also pleased with the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Felt great, no reason to complain.

This hotel is excellent value for money, considering its great location and attention to detail. It is situated in a quiet spot on a tree-lined road, making it a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a TV, tea and coffee tray, and plenty of storage space. The highlight for us was the four-poster bed, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Lovely house and paintings. The gracious Glaswegian house and the beautiful Scottish landscape paintings in every room create a unique and charming atmosphere. The owners were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel, located in a tree lined avenue in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the city, exceeded my expectations in various aspects. the attention to detail was impressive, with rooms designed in Scottish style, complete with a 4 poster bed. It's not often you find a guest house offering rooms with a bath, a luxurious treat. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

No complaints at all.

Great Scottish hospitality, with friendly staff and a traditional vibe. Nicely decorated with beautiful Scottish landscape paintings in every room. the breakfast options are very good and the ladies taking orders are always very helpful and polite. the location is convenient as it is a short walk from the train station and underground.

The shower in our room was old and could use an update. the towels were not replaced even after we requested it.
