I had a wonderful stay at The Quay in Newhaven. The welcome was familiar and everything was clean and well maintained. Claudia adjusted the heating to my preferences and Jen kindly upgraded our room. The breakfast selection was wide and the room and bathroom were immaculate and spacious. Watching Netflix in the sunroom was a special treat. The sunrise from the balcony was unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Quay Villa and was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet location made for a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the easy walk to the beach and the safe atmosphere of the area. Additionally, the owner, Jen, went above and beyond to make our stay special by upgrading our room for our 25th wedding anniversary. She even allowed us to watch Netflix in the sunroom, which was a wonderful touch.

While the room was spacious and clean, I was disappointed to find that there was no TV in the room. The private bathroom, although clean, was not en-suite and was located down the corridor.

I had a cozy room with a conservatory/TV room and enjoyed watching Netflix for the first time. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with a stylish bathroom and fantastic shower. The owner's request to remove outdoor shoes was acceptable. Free parking was available nearby.
