For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was small but clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Crosby, with plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only minor thing that could've made the breakfast even better would be to have a wider variety of breakfast items.

The room and ensuite were fabulous, with modern decor and amazing little touches like LED strip lights behind the bed in an array of colors. They provided a full English breakfast that was perfectly cooked and made with lovely quality ingredients. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with key attractions and amenities nearby.

The owners were never seen, leaving the staff to run the hotel under CCTV surveillance. This lack of presence may have contributed to some issues, such as towels being wet and unchanged and coffee and tea not being replenished.

The hotel is located in a central area, close to shops, bars, and places to eat. Easy access to transportation, which makes it easy to explore the area. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with an early check-in and a room upgrade. the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a lovely shower, comfortable bed, good lighting, and a big TV with a lot of storage. Great value for money.

The WiFi was poor in our room, which was a bit disappointing. the breakfast was basic and not very exciting, but it was enough to start the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely little hotel. the single room had everything I needed and was very clean. the layout was well thought out, with a shower, sink, kettle, and TV. the lady who served the English breakfast was both helpful and friendly. the location, value for money, building, and access were all great. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my family and friends for their visits.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the train station, making it easy to get into the city centre. Additionally, being just outside of town meant that it was in a nice area, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The curtains in the room were not completely blackout, which could be an issue for guests who prefer a darker sleeping environment.
