the room was spacious and had a nice character to it. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was modern and did the job. I particularly liked the addition of a kitchenette, which included a microwave, allowing me to have a convenient evening meal in my room. the staff were nice and helpful, and the location was not too far from the city center. Marlborough House provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

We had a nice romantic getaway at this place. the location was quite convenient with easy access to public transport. We particularly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast in the morning which was delivered to our room. the kitchenette in the room was also a plus, allowing us to prepare some snacks and drinks before heading out.

The room decor was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. we found the pillows to be quite thin and uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. the staff at Marlborough House were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. the location is great, close enough to town but still in a quiet area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a nice new bathroom. We also appreciated the option of having a delicious full English breakfast served in our room. it was excellent value for money and we even got to leave our car in the hotel's car park for free after we checked out, which was a huge bonus while we explored the city on foot.

The location of the guest house is very convenient as it is close to a bus stop, making it easy to travel around Oxford. it is within walking distance to St Edwards School, where events like the Oxford Ceramic Fair take place.

The shower in the room had weak water pressure and the temperature control was difficult, resulting in either extremely hot or ice-cold water.
