The hotel facilities were excellent, with multiple power points in the rooms making it easy to charge all my devices. The location was convenient, with Kilburn Park Tube Station and a bus stop right near the entrance. The breakfast experience was truly outstanding, easily one of the very best I have ever had. The staff were polite and accommodating, providing useful information about the city and even booking taxis for us.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to Kilburn Park Tube station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around. We were also interested to see what the area was like, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed, including a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff provided great service, and the breakfast in the executive lounge was delicious.

It was really easy to get around and explore all the fantastic sights of the city. The staff was so friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations on places to visit. I felt truly welcomed here. The room itself was fantastic, with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the little sitting area where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. the level of comfort and quality service provided here was top-notch.

Some guests complained about the noise insulation in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep peacefully with conversations from neighboring rooms being audible even at a normal voice level.

The check-in process took longer than expected, and the windows in the room were quite dirty on the outside. the beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on planks of wood.
