During our recent stay at the London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and quiet room. Despite the bustling location, the room was peaceful, thanks to the excellent air conditioning. The bed was seriously comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were efficient, friendly, and genuinely interested in our welfare.

Although the food at the hotel was quite pricey, £22 for breakfast per person, it was great and plentiful. However, if included in the room rate, the cost seems more reasonable.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tube station and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and the hotel itself was secure and well-maintained.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in Canary Wharf. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a beautiful dock and mall just seconds away and a tube station just above. It was so convenient to explore the city from there.

The room was a bit stuffy as the windows couldn't be opened and the air conditioning didn't do much. Also, the prices of the minibar were quite expensive, which made me hesitant to even touch it.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Canary Wharf for a weekend getaway, and it was fantastic. The staff were lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Despite my struggle with rheumatoid arthritis, they quickly sent a friendly handyman to help me with the shower, which was quite tricky to operate. The room itself was comfortable and located in a lovely area. The temperature in the room was perfect, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The lobby and seating area/bar had a pleasant ambiance with nice lighting, and the staff were wonderful. it was a very nice weekend stay.

The value for money at this Marriott hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and all the necessary amenities. The location in Canary Wharf was perfect, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars, and had great access to central London via the DLR. The staff provided exceptional service, even going above and beyond to find a charger for my phone and delivering a delicious late-night room service meal.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient for my city trip. It was situated close to the underground and had easy access to various attractions in the city. the hotel staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were proactive in upgrading my room and provided excellent service at the bar in the evening.

The hotel lacked a certain atmosphere and personal attention. It felt like living in a bubble, with no fresh air and the bedrooms being too hot despite adjusting the heating.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Canary Wharf with easy access to all the facilities and dining options. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit every appetite.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the check-out process taking longer than expected and the heating in my room not working properly, these minor inconveniences didn't overshadow my overall positive experience.

stayed here many times, but this visit was exceptional. Newly refurbished rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing breakfast. Marriott never disappoints.

Missed the snacks in the Executive Lounge.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with its close proximity to the underground station and the O2 arena. It is also surrounded by several nice restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. What I loved most is that it is away from the hustle and bustle of London center, creating a more relaxed environment. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing excellent service with smiles on their faces.

Not obvious to find.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices.

Felt super comfortable, couldn't find a reason to complain.

Loved the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room upon arrival, such a sweet touch! the key location was great – being near the tube made it super easy to get around. the view of the city skyline from the top was phenomenal, definitely a highlight!

The “romantic weekend escape” quickly turned sour when we ran into issues with the service. the staff was not accommodating during the conflicting check-in, and the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival.

The value for money at the hotel was exceptional - a comfortable room with a king-size bed and beautiful water views made it worth every penny. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and just a short hop away from the O2 Arena. The staff treated us with utmost hospitality, especially Daniel at reception who provided top-class service.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.
