The room was clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The bathroom facilities were shared, but they were kept clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the fact that dogs were allowed on the property, as it made it easier for me to travel with my furry friend. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there was a lack of information provided regarding how to access the room, which was a bit frustrating.

Codes on doors, ample hanging space, fridge, microwave, table & chairs in room. Ensuite shower. Spotless & comfy beds. Long mirror & plugs near beds. Great location! Bro's nearby. Short walk to town. Lovely eateries, bars & promenade. Paula's communication superb. Fab stay! x

Great location, lovely accommodation. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a shared bathroom just across the hall. The area was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed taking walks in the nearby park and on the beach. It was convenient to have a small fridge freezer in the room, along with fresh milk and tea/coffee. The guesthouse was just a short taxi ride into Dundee, and there was plenty to see and do. The codes on the doors meant we didn't have to worry about carrying keys. The room had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, and a table and chairs. The ensuite with a shower was great, and the beds were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for us, and the host, Paula, was lovely and communication was great. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the rooms and shared bathroom being spotless. The location was perfect, within a short walk to the beach and park, and just a few minutes to the bus stop. Being close to nice restaurants made it convenient to enjoy delicious meals.
