Arriving at the B&B, we immediately felt at home and were warmly greeted by the owner. They provided us with helpful information about a nearby pub for dinner and even arranged airport transfers for us! the room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had lovely rustic beams, adding to the overall charm of the place. We loved the character of the building and its peaceful location down a country lane, while still being conveniently close to a main road. Plus, the plentiful Continental breakfast options made it easy for us to grab something quick on our way out.

While our stay had many positives, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the Wi-Fi was only accessible in the kitchen and dining area, which didn't reach the rooms.

I had the most delightful stay at Meadow Cottage Guest House! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt right at home. The 16th-century building was absolutely picturesque and oozed with character. My room, although not the biggest, had a lovely comfortable bed and a good shower room. The entire place was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. I couldn't help but admire the attention to detail. The "help yourself" breakfast was perfect, with a huge choice of cereals, bread, yogurts, and everything was so clean and organized. The location was also a highlight, being close to the airport and within walking distance of an evening meal. I would highly recommend this place for its charm, hospitality, and convenient location.

The only minor drawback was that the room size was smaller than expected. Additionally, the bathroom in room 4 was quite small and lacked privacy due to an ill-fitting door.

I recently stayed at Meadow Cottage and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The old building has been beautifully renovated and my single room, though small, had everything I needed and was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The double rooms looked spacious and well-designed. I loved the fact that I could prepare my own breakfast in the kitchen, which had a great variety of pastries, cereals, and breads. As a coffee aficionado, I appreciated the options for making my own plunger coffee, as well as the selection of teas and tree teas. The convenience of being close to the airport and the accommodating proprietor who allowed us to check in late without a 24hr reception were also highlights. excellent value for the price.
