I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were efficient and helpful, and the double room I stayed in was comfortable and peaceful. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking and a nearby pub/restaurant serving real ale and delicious bar meals. The hotel is also close to the Abbey Sports Centre and a large Sainsbury's, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel is just a short drive away from Birmingham city centre, passing by the QE hospital.

The bathroom was in good condition and the facilities, such as parking and well-lit areas, made me feel safe. Additionally, there was a pub next door, although I personally didn't like it.
