The guesthouse is conveniently located close to the action of Bowness, offering guests the opportunity to explore the local attractions at a fraction of the cost. It is also just a short walk away from a nice pub, perfect for enjoying a drink or meal. the guesthouse is very close to a bus stop, making it easy to navigate the area without a car.

Some rooms may have a less than ideal view, as they overlook a nearby petrol station.

The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were spacious and peaceful, and the breakfast choices were excellent. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a separate lounge for guests to relax in. Parking was plentiful and the location was close to local places of interest and a bus stop.

The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. Our room was lovely, with all the necessary amenities. Despite being close to a main road, the double glazed windows kept the noise at bay. The location was perfect, just off Windermere. Free parking, a hearty breakfast, comfortable beds, and a relaxing atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, there's a pub and brewery nearby!
