Immaculate, well-presented townhouse. Lovely Christmas decorations and welcome card. Great heating for the colder weather. Quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access to Botanic Gardens and downtown Belfast. Delightful and helpful hosts. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Prompt resolution of any issues.

We had a fantastic stay in a well-presented and newly decorated townhouse. The location was great, with local shops just a stones throw away. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a lovely shower. The owners were welcoming and provided clear instructions for everything. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep.

On-street parking could be a bit challenging at times.

My husband and I absolutely loved our 2 night stay. The townhouse was immaculate, well presented, and furnished well. It appeared brand new. The owners had even decorated it with lovely Christmas decorations and left a box of chocolates and a welcome card for our arrival. The house was warm and cozy, with climate control settings to ensure a comfortable temperature. The larger bedroom had an incredibly comfy mattress. Shirley, the host, was very responsive and offered helpful advice on local shops. There were supermarkets and plenty of cafes and takeaways nearby, and public transport was easily accessible. We certainly enjoyed our stay here.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

just had another amazing stay in belfast and melrose townhouse exceeded all expectations. the attention to detail in the decor and the calming atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. the comfortable beds and spotlessly clean environment were top notch. can't wait to visit again!
