The hotel's location was conveniently close to Gatwick North Terminal, only a 5 to 10-minute drive by car or taxi. I appreciated the early wake-up call service, with both an automated call and a follow-up call from the front desk to ensure I was awake. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the delicious falafel wrap and salad I tried for dinner. The hotel's decor showcased a tasteful and stylish design. I also want to commend their eco-friendly approach of providing bottle water instead of plastic bottles. I want to congratulate the management team for their excellent management skills.

Convenient location near the airport with reasonable taxi fares. Good value for the money paid, and helpful and pleasant reception staff. the rooms were comfortable and had all the needed facilities for a brief stopover.

The breakfast could be better managed when there is a coach party. Some of the food items were not available due to the rush, and it took a while to get the bacon and sausages.
