Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.

We were disappointed to find pubic hair & dried urine around the toilet. the room was finally clean after a few changes. the noise from nightlife venues was bothersome. Overall I'd still recommend this hotel.

the ironing facilities set up on the landing made it convenient to quickly freshen up my clothes. the room was cozy and welcoming, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day.

The room had a slight odor of food, likely due to its proximity to the kitchen below. a chair in the room had visible stains on it, which was promptly addressed after I brought it to the staff's attention.
