I had a fantastic stay at Mercure! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even left homemade cookies in the lounge for guests to enjoy. The hotel was clean and cozy, and the recently refurbished rooms looked great. I loved that there was a lovely Italian restaurant right across the road. The location was convenient, with easy access to multiple bus stops and the London Bridge train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It is also conveniently close to several tube stations, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection is good, offering a variety of options to choose from.

Great location near the Shard, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a fantastic Nespresso machine. Friendly staff even upgraded us for our anniversary and gave us a chocolate cake.

It is also near other tube stations and close to the metro, making it easy to access the main tourist areas. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with excellent beds. The staff are attentive and responsive, quickly resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has facilities such as a car park and meeting rooms available.

The hotel is unfortunately situated near a noisy building site, which can make sleeping difficult.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for a weekend getaway. the stylish and contemporary interior design created a modern ambiance throughout the hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The food options at the hotel were a bit ordinary and didn't quite meet our expectations. the more expensive rooms came with a higher price tag, and we were initially given a standard room instead of the superior room we had booked.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with comfortable rooms and two complimentary items of food and drink. the location was also ideal, being within walking distance of popular attractions and amenities.

The air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room and the shower was too powerful, causing water to spray everywhere. On one occasion, there was no hot water available for a shower, resulting in an unpleasant experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our spacious room had a nice touch with a Nespresso machine and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The location was perfect, close to major landmarks. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We loved the extra effort the hotel made to bake biscuits for the guests!

The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the room was well-stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee. We also had the option of enjoying the delicious breakfast, which had an excellent selection and was frequently replenished. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

The location was perfect for us, as we went out in Shad Thames and enjoyed a long walk along the river the next day. During my recent stay at a hotel in London, I had the most fantastic experience. The hotel was situated close to London Bridge, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were nice and clean, and I particularly loved the nespresso machine and tea facilities provided. The shower was also amazing with its powerful water pressure. Additionally, the hotel staff were excellent, offering early check-in and keeping our luggage for us after check-out. We also decided to have breakfast at the hotel, and it was definitely worth it with a great selection of food. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the tube and close to the vibrant Borough Market. I can't fault my stay and I only wish I could have stayed longer.
