I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with a lovely public square nearby and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff were really helpful, friendly, and allowed me to check in early to leave my luggage. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious, with both continental and hot English styles on offer.

The location near Paddington Station was convenient for exploring Hyde Park and the nearby restaurants and shops were a bonus. Special mention to the breakfast lady who catered to my food intolerances and remembered them the next day.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hyde Park for a short trip to the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our rooms were clean and well appointed. Despite a slight mix-up with our room upgrade, the receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate us and even provided complimentary breakfast vouchers. The location was convenient, between Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Tube, and the breakfast was excellent.

It was conveniently close to Paddington station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was especially helpful, accommodating our request for an early check-in. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning and a large TV. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality at this hotel.

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. the room was well presented and had everything we were expecting. the staff were attentive and apologetic when there was an issue with the air conditioning. the location of the hotel was great, with convenient access to public transportation and plenty of nearby amenities.

Not all of the channels on the TV worked. It would have been nice to have the option to stream our own movies with a chrome cast.

Front of house staff and housekeeper were friendly and helpful. Spotless rooms with comfortable beds and ample space. Quiet and warm rooms. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of options.

Perfect Location for transportation - We had a great weekend at this hotel. It's in a perfect location for transport links, with the bus stop and train station steps away. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of food, especially the croissants. For convenience, there was a nearby convenience store where we bought items that we needed.

Room conditions need improvement - The room we stayed in needed some improvement. It wasn't cleaned properly especially the bathroom which had a slight overpowering smell, couch looked old, and the blinds were not working properly allowing too much light inside the room. Overall the hotel needs to conduct regular maintenance to ensure that the guests are having a comfortable stay.

We arrived at the hotel and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our reservation. However, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and apologetic, and she quickly found us a room in the hotel next door, which was even better! The room was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington Station and Hyde Park. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
