The large conservatory provides a charming space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views while indulging in a delicious meal. The service, although slow at times, is warm and welcoming. The first-floor room with an amazing four-poster bed offers a peaceful retreat with lovely garden vistas. The facilities, such as the pantry stocked with snacks and drinks, create a cozy and convenient experience for guests.

The spa facilities leave much to be desired, with overcrowding and a lack of maintenance.

Having robes provided added to the luxurious experience. The welcome glass of wine upon check-in was a pleasant surprise. The rooms at the hotel were well-appointed and featured beautiful products. We particularly enjoyed the different areas throughout the hotel where we could relax. Some of the staff, especially in the restaurant, were hardworking and diligent, ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience.

The food at this hotel was also a highlight, with delicious evening meals that included a fantastic stone bass dish. We were also impressed with the variety of gluten-free and dairy-free options available. this hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend away.

Reception was unstaffed upon arrival and during check-out, but when the receptionist did arrive, they were friendly and helpful. The room we initially booked was not what we were given, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a twin room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and in a convenient spot just off the A4. We were able to easily explore the surrounding areas, including the nearby racecourse. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was quiet and well-serviced, with all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even received a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options and the staff did a great job in replenishing the food. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful location, oldy worldy building with modern interior, lovely wedding reception, access to terrace and lawn, great for kids, delicious evening meals.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a decent variety of options. the lounge and outdoor seating areas were comfortable and provided a nice view of the surrounding area. As for the location, it was conveniently located near several popular tourist destinations.
