The room I stayed in was nice, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax in after a long day of travel. Cons: the room temperature was a bit cold when I arrived, and it took some time for the heating to kick in, making it slightly uncomfortable initially.

Omg, the room amenities were lit 🔥 - ironing, tea, & coffee facilities, free toiletries, & a flat-screen tv! but the breakfast was a letdown 😔. Staff were super welcoming though! 😍.

Pros Stayed here for a city break, the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. the beds and pillows were comfy, just what we needed after a long day exploring. the location was convenient, close to the city centre and other attractions.

Cons the decor in the room felt a bit worn out, but they promptly fixed any issues we reported. the prices in the restaurant were a bit steep, especially for breakfast.

With painless access to the city, plus the added bonus of stress, free parking, it was a breeze to explore. the staff were out, of, this, world friendly, adding a splash of joy to every moment. the room was a total steal for the price, giving me serious bang for my buck. From the crackling breakfast to the reception staff who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, this spot delivered the goods.

Located near the M4 exit for easy access, our room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed. the friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. the surrounding area was peaceful, offering a relaxing view of the surroundings.

We were pleasantly surprised to find an upgraded room with an adjoining sitting room at Mercure. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location near a lake and shops was convenient. Unfortunately, the room was a bit warm and lacked air conditioning. I would still recommend this hotel.

pros we had to be moved but the second room view was fabulous, providing a peaceful stay. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a homely touch. breakfast was exceptional, freshly cooked and hot. for families, the swimming pool is a hit with kids, and there's ample free parking available on-site. we will definitely request the same room on our next visit to see our grandchildren at mercure.

The room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival, with no immediate solutions provided by reception. The lack of air conditioning forced us to open the window, and the dining experience was disappointing for both humans and pets. the comfortable room, ample parking, and convenient location somewhat made up for these shortcomings. The pleasant female staff did go above and beyond to help personalize our stay, but noise disturbances from families running through the corridors affected our sense of security. Despite these cons, the hotel's suitability for work purposes was a definite plus.

The staff here at this hotel were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. From welcoming us warmly at the check-in, helping us settle into our room, to even setting up a travel cot for us, they truly made us feel at home. the bar area was excellent, with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. the location, while not the most scenic, was convenient with easy parking and close to good places to explore.

One thing that could be improved was the clarity of communication regarding breakfast timings. There seemed to be a mix-up on our last day, which led to some confusion.
