I recently stayed at Mill Croft B&B for a hiking trip and had a fantastic experience. The hosts, Jill and Dave, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The location was perfect, offering a quiet and peaceful stay while still being just a short 20-minute drive from Whitby. The breakfasts were delicious and there was plenty of choice. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this exceptional B&B. Gill and Dave were excellent hosts, providing a friendly welcome and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The attention to detail in these unusual times was reassuring. The location is perfect for both walking and visiting the coast. The breakfast served by Gill was delicious, made with the finest locally sourced ingredients. We were so impressed that we have already booked a return trip in October.

Our stay at Mill Croft was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and everything we needed. We even had a torch provided for finding our way back at night. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and Gill and Dave were a lovely couple who made us feel welcome. They even surprised me with a bottle of bubbly, a card, and a jar of sweets for my birthday. The location is great, with cafes, shops, and the train station nearby.

Felt like relaxing at home, no reason to complain.
