My family and I recently stayed at the Mill House cottages for a short weekend getaway. The cottage itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the beautiful green surroundings and the play area for children. The small garden with a picnic bench and BBQ was a lovely touch. The owners were friendly and the area offered plenty of enjoyable walks. The cottage had great amenities, including tennis and table tennis for the kids, and a cozy lounge with a high-quality TV for rainy days. We couldn't have asked for a better location, with the countryside on our doorstep and the beach and shops just a short drive away. it was the perfect place to relax and have fun.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Mill House at Boswell Farm Cottages in Sidmouth was a delightful stay for us and our kids. The beautiful old farm had big fields and spaces for the kids to explore, which they absolutely loved. The property exceeded our expectations with its updated decor and the fact that it had two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The hosts, Rob and Andy, were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with interesting stories about the farm's history. The accommodation itself was excellent, with all the comforts of home and high-quality amenities.

The cottage was spacious and modern, with a beautiful exterior. It was in a perfect location and we all slept really well. The property had a small garden with a picnic bench and a BBQ, which was a lovely addition. The play area for children was a great feature, and our dog enjoyed the secure garden. the cottage was tidy, clean, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families or groups of friends.

The downstairs area was a bit dark due to small windows and obstructed views. as a converted barn, there were some cobwebs around.

As vegans, we were delighted to find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and a variety of pots and pans.

We felt extremely satisfied with our stay, and there was nothing to complain about.
