We recently had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem called Millfields. From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable and spotlessly clean Rafters Suite, everything exceeded our expectations. the room had thoughtful touches like a coffee machine, fridge, and pillow choices. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, with compliments to the chef for the amazing food. the hotel has a certain "old school" charm that sets it apart from chain hotels.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was a memorable experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, as it was close to the main attractions and shops. We were able to easily explore the area without any hassle. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom facilities were clean and modern. It was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. We were expecting a wider variety to choose from.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite and received a bottle of bubbly and chocolates. The room was beautiful and the staff were great, making our stay enjoyable.

One minor drawback was the noise, particularly in the corridors and early in the morning. It would have been nice to have a more peaceful environment for a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely leafy part of town for a few nights. The staff at this hotel were incredible - always friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in my experience. They went above and beyond by cleaning my room daily and ensuring I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old building, with spacious rooms and a great location just a short walk from the center and harbor. The bar staff were also very friendly, making for a pleasant nightcap. this hotel provided excellent service at a great price. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower and a big climb up three flights of stairs. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect for our visit. it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The cleaning staff were attentive, making sure our room was neat and replenishing our tea and coffee supplies. The wheelchair accessibility was impressive, with ramps provided and a folding metal ramp available upon request. The hotel had well-placed rails in the public accessible toilet and the bedroom facilities were easy to navigate. The wet room had a walk-in shower with a seat, and the toilet area had convenient rails. The staff made our difficult visit more bearable with their polite and efficient service.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was just a short 2 minute walk to the pub where our friends were having their golden wedding anniversary celebration. This saved us the hassle of worrying about taxi fares or transportation. Additionally, the hotel was not far from Grimsby town centre, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was a letdown - the noise level. The noise from other guests stomping around and slamming doors in the room above was quite bothersome.

The location is fairly convenient, as it is close to family homes. the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. the room was cleaned daily, and the heating kept the room warm and cozy.

My stay over Christmas was not great overall. the room was quite small, and the decor was outdated.
