Celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel in a beautiful location with stunning views. Friendly and attentive staff ensured the event was top-notch and enjoyable. The decor of the public spaces seemed outdated and in need of a makeover. the lighting in the room made it difficult to read or work comfortably, especially with the absence of a coffee machine.

The complimentary drinks in the fridge and furry pillows on the bed were delightful touches that added to my comfort and enjoyment.

There was a disappointing incident with the air conditioning unit in my room, which was turned off and left me feeling chilly overnight. The receptionist seemed indifferent when I raised the issue in the morning, failing to provide a proper apology or immediate assistance.
