I recently stayed at Modern House, Blackpool for a short holiday. The staff, especially Rachel, provided excellent support and made us feel at home. The location of the house was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the town and beaches. The house itself was fully equipped, spacious, and clean. We particularly enjoyed the pool table and the little welcome package that was provided. The property was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our large group. a fantastic stay!

The house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The games room was a major hit with everyone, young and old alike. We also appreciated the little welcome package and the tray of goodies for both the kids and adults. The property had ample crockery and cutlery for our large party, and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room for a family games night.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from our overall experience. there was a strong smell of weed when we entered the property, and even after going out for the day, we could still smell it downstairs.

The smell of weed upon entering the property was off-putting and lingered throughout our stay. We also found a soiled pair of children's pants in the downstairs toilet, which was unpleasant.
