A great location for attending a wedding at Rowallan castle. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, and microwave. The bedrooms are spacious and homely, providing a comfortable stay for visiting friends and family. The host is welcoming and provides clear instructions upon arrival.

Sharing a wall with the next-door party may result in some noise disturbances in the sitting room.

The location of the property was perfect for my needs, with easy access to the place I was working. the property itself was well taken care of and clean, with thoughtfully equipped rooms. I also appreciated the central heating, which was very efficient.

The thin walls, as I could occasionally hear noise from the neighboring property. the bedroom facing the road could be a bit noisy at times.

Stayed at this lovely cottage, felt like a mansion. Great views, free parking, and WiFi. Had a blast doing my own thing.

We had a fantastic stay at Ayrshire Cottage. The location was ideal for attending a wedding at Rowallan castle and catching up with friends. The host, Dione, was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage itself was spacious and homely, with well-equipped kitchen facilities and even Sky TV for watching the Rugby World Cup.we highly recommend Ayrshire Cottage for a very affordable and fun stay.

Like a Tardis, so much space, large bedrooms, fantastic host who showed us around the property. It felt so homely, great for visiting family in the local area. Much nicer to be able to do your own thing rather than sat in a hotel room. Location worked well for us to access Rowallan castle for a wedding. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the Sky TV for the Rugby World Cup. Very rural in spite of being at a corner with a lot of traffic. Access and parking good. Everything was clean, well sanitised and thoughtfully equipped. Rooms were well proportioned with high ceilings. Boost to central heating very efficient before weather improved. We have family nearby and hope to visit again.

Stayed in a cottage that was like a Tardis, so much space, fantastic host, felt so homely. Much better than boring hotels.
