The location couldn't be better; right in the heart of Bowness and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The friendly staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good lighting and quality towels. Some rooms even offered a view of the surrounding area. a great choice for exploring the town.

The lack of parking was a major inconvenience, forcing guests to park at a distant location.

The location of this guest house is great, right in the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring. The room was cosy and tidy, with a comfy bed and lots of pillows. The breakfast served in the cafe underneath was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were some issues with the rooms, such as creaking floorboards, difficulties with the shower temperature, and the rooms not being cleaned properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this little gem of a guest house. The warm and welcoming hosts made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the location was ideal. Just a stone's throw away from the bars, shops, and the beautiful lake. It was the perfect base for exploring the area.
