This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in a nice quiet residential area within easy reach of the town centre, it offers a peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and provide great service, and the rooms are basic but comfortable with windows that open onto the street. The large en suite bathrooms are a bonus, and the breakfast is very enjoyable with delicious options and homemade jams.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in a nice quiet residential area, just a short distance from the heart of the city. The attention to detail in the charming room was evident, with a very comfortable bed and a large en-suite bathroom. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with some homemade jams that added a special touch.

One small suggestion for improvement would be the placement of the shower head. It was positioned a bit too high up, requiring some adjustment to ensure a comfortable shower experience.

I stayed at Moorgarth Guesthouse for 3 nights as a solo traveler with two large suitcases. The service and hospitality provided by George and Heidi were outstanding. They accommodated my early check-in request and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, and I especially loved the homemade jams. The room was well-appointed with a stocked refreshments tray, and the location offered a lovely riverside walk to the city center.

Great value for the price, amazing breakfast, and location was perfect for exploring the city. the coffee served was of high quality and the breakfast was so generous I didn't need lunch. Super easy to walk to most attractions!

The towels were a little rough, the showerhead was a bit too high up, and someone opened my window when I shut it and left for the day, leaving the room freezing by the time I got back in the evening.
