Large room, late Victorian atmosphere, good food, friendly employees.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel in the far north. the large room was comfortable with a great view and we had a delicious breakfast with excellent service. the hotel was located in a peaceful area with generous parking.

The furniture in the hotel was a bit old and the bathroom door was defective, but it wasn't a big issue. the vent in the bathroom was extremely loud, which was a minor inconvenience.

Located on the outskirts of Tain, this classic 1900's hotel offers a charming interior and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage and nice touches. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the bright conservatory, and there are other restaurants in the area that are worth trying. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay, this hotel is probably on par with other properties in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at the Morangie Hotel in Tain. The value for my money was excellent, with a spacious and sunny room that was well-furnished. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main road, filling station, and supermarket. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother and provide recommendations for walks and wildlife in the area. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious and varied, with a great selection sourced from local providers.

Having had a wonderful fresh fruit dessert in the evening, I was delighted to find a complete menu of gluten-free options for my partner. The continuous electrical buzzing from a defunct radio/alarm system in our room disturbed our sleep. the wifi signal in our room was weak and intermittent, making it unusable.

The rooms at this hotel were very comfortable, with plenty of hot water and good facilities. I particularly enjoyed the large king size bed, which provided a great night's sleep. The attention to detail was apparent, from the four-post double bed to the included breakfast.

One small aspect could be improved upon, but overall everything was satisfactory.
