I recently stayed at Morefield Motel for a few days of hillwalking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even accommodating my gluten-free requirements. The on-site restaurant had a great menu with excellent quality food and a comprehensive allergens menu. The room was comfortable and it was convenient to park right outside. a great value for money and welcoming family-run hotel.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at the motel local to the ferry. the staff at Morefield Motel were very helpful and friendly. the dinner we ordered was delicious and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was beautiful, with a nice riverside walk nearby. a great experience at a very reasonable price. We were also pleased to know that if the ferry had been cancelled, we could have returned to the motel and stayed, which we thought was a nice gesture.

The location was perfect for us, with a short walk to the park for our dog and to Tesco. It was also a convenient walk into town. Our room was small but clean, and it had everything we needed for an overnight stop. the best part was being able to park right by our room, making packing and unpacking very easy. the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Morefield Motel again and highly recommend it for walkers looking for a base.

I had a fantastic stay at Morefield Motel. the motel format was convenient, allowing me to park right outside my room. the staff were incredibly helpful and the bar and restaurant on-site were outstanding. the menu had a great variety of options and the food was delicious. Despite the motel's location, it was only a short walk through well-lit woodland trails by the river to reach the town. the motel rooms were situated at the back of the building, making them very quiet. the staff were friendly and the breakfast menu was impressive, with the freshest fruit salad I've had in a restaurant. Morefield Motel provided excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at Morefield Motel. The warm and friendly couple who ran the motel made us feel right at home. The wife's cooking was absolutely amazing and she even cooked our breakfast exactly the way we liked it. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even allowing us to have our dog with us and bringing our meals to our room on a rainy day. The motel itself was spotlessly clean and had convenient parking right outside our door. We highly recommend Morefield Motel for anyone staying in the area. Thank you for a lovely and welcoming stay.

We stayed at a motel during Christmas and it was a convenient place to park our car right outside our room. It made unloading our presents and luggage a breeze, especially with the unpredictable weather. the staff were friendly and helpful, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our holiday. the restaurant had a good variety of choices and the service was great. It was nice to have delicious meals without having to venture out into the cold.

For the price we paid, the quality just wasn't there. the twin room was small and cramped, with the beds arranged inconveniently.
