I had a fantastic stay here - the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and modern with a great metropolitan feel. It's centrally located, right in the city center just by the Arndale shopping center. Everything is within walking distance, making it so convenient.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are very reasonable for what you get, especially considering the great location. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, including shops, tram stops, and theaters. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with nice big pillows and air-conditioning. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities such as the WiFi, shower, and bed are all very good.

The only small downside was that the breakfast had a limited variety. It consisted mainly of bread and boiled eggs, with tea available.

My recent weekend stay was full of exciting attractions in close proximity to the hotel. Two complementary items were offered upon arrival which was a nice touch. the establishment was clean and the staff were approachable and professional. One advantage was the nice bar area where you could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The room lacked certain amenities such as a phone and clear instructions on how to use the television. the shower water pressure was subpar and the room was missing an iron and ironing board upon arrival.
