We had a fantastic one-night stay at a hotel in a central location. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modernized. The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel very welcome. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast was equally satisfying. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

The hotel is located in the centre of the town at the top of the hill, providing wonderful panoramic views that make you appreciate being in the heart of the county. The rooms are spacious and come with superb bathrooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is excellent, with a variety of options including cornflakes or weetabix-muesli to suit all tastes. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable.

The only minor issue was the high step up into the shower, which could be a bit challenging for seniors.

I recently stayed at Mount Pleasant in Great Malvern for a few days and had a wonderful time. The hotel is steeped in history and has a charming, traditional feel. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had lovely views. The breakfast was varied and excellent, once we figured out how to use the toast maker. The cream tea was also delicious, especially with a bit of raspberry added instead of the usual strawberries. a lovely place to stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the wonderful receptionist who greeted me when I arrived late at night, to the attentive and excellent staff in the restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant, the meals were absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of choices and delicious flavors. The location of the hotel was also perfect, close to the town center with lots of options for food within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and comfortable room, a big bathroom, and all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the parking was convenient with plenty of spaces available.

Our room had a superb view, although we experienced some noise from a function below. Unfortunately, prices for next year have increased significantly, so we will be trying another hotel.
