During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a wide variety of options and home-made preserves. The location offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area, adding to the overall charm of the experience. the hosts were extremely friendly and offered helpful recommendations about the area.

We found that the room was small and not as well-equipped as we would have liked. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate and the bed was not very comfortable.

We stayed at Mounthaven Guest House for a weekend getaway and had a delightful experience. The owners, Shaun and Rose, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and homemade jams and marmalades. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Dartmouth estuary, and we thoroughly enjoyed the little extras like fresh milk and binoculars. Shaun and Rose were also very helpful in providing information about the area and recommendations for restaurants and travel routes.

From arrival, we were greeted with warm hospitality that continued throughout our stay. The breathtaking view from our room gave us a sense of peacefulness and relaxation. Our room was well-equipped and luxurious, and we were impressed with the in-room breakfast, which catered to our special dietary requirements. The private facilities made our stay enjoyable, and the Sun terrace added to the exclusivity of the hotel.

Despite the impressive amenities, we did have difficulty regulating the temperature in the shower. It was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from our overall stay.

I recently stayed at the lovely Mounthaven Guest House for 4 nights. Shaun & Rose, the hosts, were welcoming and attentive. The property offers stunning views and has a beautiful garden. The room was cozy and clean, and we were able to park our car there. The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh fruit salads and homemade preserves. Shaun's scrambled eggs and omelettes were a highlight. our stay was enjoyable and we highly recommend Mounthaven Guest House.
