There were some issues with check-in, as the receptionist made unnecessary assumptions about the payment method, causing embarrassment. This lack of professionalism should be addressed.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a variety of amenities nearby. We were really close to Tesco, Starbucks, and the underground station, making it easy to get around and grab a quick coffee or groceries. there were plenty of shops in the area, making it a convenient location for shopping. We even found a local dry cleaner where we were able to get our laundry done quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at Nox Golders Green Aparthotel. the location couldn't be better, with easy access to public transportation. the room was spacious and well-equipped, including great AC and a lift for easy access. Our kids loved having Netflix available, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Any issues we had, such as with the TV, were quickly resolved by the helpful staff. we were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and facilities of our room, and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the complementary coffee and shampoo that are provided every day. the location is perfect as it's close to both the underground and bus stop which made it very convenient for us. the room had a kitchen equipped with everything you need for an extended stay.

We had a really wonderful time during our stay here. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it’s situated right on the main street. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the service was spectacular. The room amenities were amazing, including ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms and the free toiletries provided.

We highly recommend this place to all our family and friends.
