The room, though modest in size, was well-planned with ample storage space. The location was perfect for attending an event at the nearby Alexandra Palace Theatre, and the views from the room overlooked beautiful gardens. The continental breakfast was delicious, with fresh berries, yogurt, pastries. a wonderful stay with a personal touch and plenty of local knowledge.

Richard and his wife were excellent super hosts. The house is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. Very good facilities, very clean. The breakfast was excellent, beautifully presented with plenty of choice. The location was a little further out than expected but turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

The personalized welcome sign in the window with my name on it made me feel special right from the start. The room was spotless and had a cozy atmosphere. I loved that I could enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the room. The shower was incredible, with its tall height and large showerhead. The breakfast options were fantastic, and I appreciated being able to choose from a variety of dishes the day before. I highly recommend this excellent B&B.

Location was perfect for my needs, as it was within walking distance of the event I needed to attend. Breakfast was tailored to my requests and brought to my room in the morning. the bed was spacious and comfortable, enabling me to get a good night's sleep.

There was only one shared bathroom, which could be inconvenient during peak hours. the lack of soundproofing between rooms was uncomfortable, as I was woken up by a neighboring guest's activity early in the morning.

It is located in a leafy, quiet residential area, close to the Muswell Hill bus stop. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient and free on the road outside the hotel. Transportation was easy, with quick access to Alexandra Palace for an event. The staff was friendly and provided us with a delicious continental breakfast served in our room.
