The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the amenities we needed. The cottage itself was clean and well-maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen. Check-in was a breeze thanks to excellent communication. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

There were a couple of downsides. First, we were disappointed that we couldn't use the log burner as shown in the pictures, as there were no logs or instructions provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this cottage. The location was really great, right in the center of the village with shops, restaurants, and beautiful walks just a stone's throw away. The house was clean and comfortable, with a good selection of crockery and kitchen equipment. The bedrooms were a reasonable size, and the bathroom had a decent shower over the bath. It was nice to have plenty of hot water. There was also lots of storage space, perfect for a longer stay. On arrival, there were thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. Communication with the host was excellent.
